Being able to think outside the box is one of those cliche's I do like! I have over the years created a range of game boards to communicate business planning and information which can sometimes be a little difficult engagement-wise. Games are such a fun way to break the ice and get people involved... small teams, individuals, and more. In one instance the leadership team got so into the idea of their game board meeting that they came dressed in theme... the feedback and outcome was incredibly positive.
